Grand Prize
Enter by August 25 to be eligible to win one pair of tickets to be drawn on August 27. Winner will be notified by email, so be sure you enter your information correctly. Selected winner will have 72 hours to respond. If a selected winner does not respond after 72 hours, a new winner will be selected.
Eligible entries will be all submissions made electronically to the raffle on websites of the 2 participating dental offices, Willow Dental Vancouver and Willow Dental West End. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm August 25, 2019.
Early Bird Prizes
Enter by July 2 to be eligible to win one of two (2) $200 Gift Cards. Early bird winners will be drawn on July 3 from all eligible entries, and winners will remain eligible for the Grand Prize draw in August. The two (2) winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entrants for each of the two participating dental offices, Willow Dental Vancouver and Willow Dental West End.
Eligibility
Contest is open to all residents of BC age 19 or older. No purchase is necessary. Chances of winning an early bird prize are dependent on the total number of entrants at a particular dental office. Chances of winning a grand prize are dependent on the total number of entrants at both dental offices.
